Phantom 2 Vision Plus - DJI App Issues

Hello all,

I have just dug my older brothers (who passed away in 2014) Phantom 2 Vision Plus Drone out of storage.
I have been trying to get it set up, but the DJI Vision app I have installed on my IPhone wont let me register.
Every time I try to register an email address, an error message pops up saying "user email already registered"....but it hasn't.
Are there any other apps for Iphones that would work with the old Phantom?

Which iphone you using I believe it uses iphone 4 or 5 yours might not work right as far as the email being already used just use a different email account

It’s an iPhone 7. I’ve tried multiple emails...none work. I’m assuming it’s an app issue?? Do you know if other iPhone apps are compatible?

No dont really know any more than that you might get more help if you post your questions in the general discussion forum more people look in there good luck

I’m haveingsame problem need info on what ap to use for my iPhone so I can fpv my drone camera also. Thanks Daniel

Thanks I tried it again now I’m able to load it don’t know why it was a ptoblem before need that fpv from camera or else useless !!! Will reach out again if I need help thanks again. Daniel !!!

I use Flight Plan P2. Still works well and seems to be supported with recent updates. Let’s you set waypoints etc as well.

Same problem, not using special characters. Whatever i do it says email already registered
