Phantom 2 - can I set it up to take photos?

I was given a used Phantom 2. Transmitter is 2.4ghz. It has a gimble on the bottom with a hero4 camera. Underneath it has an iosd mini on screen display and an avl58 5.8g transmitter. It came with a mini tv.

Is it possible to set this up so I can use an app to move the camera around and take photos while flying?

You can buy a Phantom 2 Transmitter with a nimble wheel, that might work, I forget the model number but they are out there, check on ebay or ask on this forum.
