Phantom 1 compass = Phantom 2 compass ?

Hello guys,

I was wondering if I can use a P1Ç(v 1.1.1) compass in a Phantom 2?

They look exactly the same... and when plugged in the P2 seems to recognize it well. Should it be allright then?

It's the same part, so you'll be fine. It should be noted that on the P1 and P2V, the compass plugs into the GPS module, whereas on the other P2 variants, it plugs into the motherboard. It all goes to the same place and is mixed into CAN frames though.
