Seems the governor signed it into law if one invades someones privacy or may cause harm with a drone.

I can see this as another "gray bill" whre it erupts into a "He said. She said." matter. No mention of specifics as to what constitutes the privacy or harmful closeness. distance, altitude, duration, camera on or not, etc. Just phone in a "I thought the drone might hit me or my child."
