P4p new very hard to connect

I have a p4p just got within a month I have Samsung tablet with Dji go 4 have trouble connecting it's a pain ! Shut it off turn on unplug never had this much trouble with p3 .. video feed does not connect until I turn it off and turn back on any ideas

Do you turn on the RC, then AC, then plug the running RC into the tablet? That just starts everything for me.

Try another usb cord see if change
