P4P does not upgrade to the new firmware

I tried all the possibilities, different OIS devices, DJI Assistant 2 and no update possible. The DJI Assistant transmits the firmware to the drone and then disconnects, connects again and disconnects for hours if you let them. If you try to do a factory reset, it does not accept it. Besides that there is no video transmission as well. It has 20 flights on it. Any idea on what I could do?

You might try the local update method? But it sounds like there is more going on because it will not factory reset and you have no video.
Maybe something in this post will help you get it upgraded.
