P4 pro Image Output, help..

Hi Guys

Anyone here have same output like mine here, screenshoot and its a raw file. drone is on the ground or in the air the line on the image is still there. Wanna know whats the reason behind this.

Are you using a card reader to transfer photos?
I somewhere read that it could be related to specific card readers...

Yeah I do, is there anyway we can transfer files from AC to PC/LAptop without having remove the SD card, sir?

Yes. You can connect via cabel to the micro usb port next to the card slot.
The AC will show up as a hard drive on your PC. But it must be turned on for that.
