Hello I'm just wondering if p4p controller can be linked to p4 and will able to fly??

You should be able to set it from here: Remote Controller Settings>Advanced Settings>Remote Controller Type to Phantom 4.

Yes, P4P remote (300E or F) works with P4/P4A also.
