I want to start off by saying that I am new to the forum community and thank you for having me. I have a P3S that took a hard landing. Nothing on the quad broke but the only thing is that I can’t get any video on the app. I updated the firmware twice and still nothing. I’m able to connect and control the gimbal with the RC but get no live video feed. In addition, I have no access to photo view, record / shutter and playback. I can only access “camera settings”. I also noticed that I can’t format the SD card using the go app, no quad battery level heat or display, can’t take off using the app and no telemetry. I somehow managed to take two snap shots of myself when trying to get into the camera setting in the app. Im using an iphone 6 plus adn i tried using a galaxy 6s. The quad does fly well. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.
