P3 Firmware P3S firmware on Oct 12, 2016

While I can find all the P3S firmware versions, nothing I can find tells me when they were released. I'd like to find out what was the latest on Oct. 12 2016 as then I was getting well over 1600 ft range and now with 1.08.01 and 1.07.90 I can get only 400 - 800 ft.
