I have not tried the large 9db antenna yet, but in my area my limits have doubled just from the antenna change to a 5 and 6db one.
One thing I noticed with the p3s vs p3a is when I hit the limit on the p3a it doesn't automatically get video feed back until I manually switch cam to video even if it's well within range again.
On the p3s it gets video back the seconds its in range by itself..
