P34K memory card issues

Hi Everyone,

I am having issues with the memory card that came with my P34K. After filling up the memory card, I put it into my computer and transferred the photos and videos off of it- deleting them off of the card.
However, even after doing that the card still shows that it is 15.92gb full! (It's a 16gb card)
I also noticed while looking at it that there are a couple of different folders under the DCIM main folder
they are:
-100MEDIA
-MISC

Both of these are empty. My photos and videos were located within the 100MEDIA folder.
Also, there are two additional files on the card:
-P3XW_FW_RESULT_AB.txt
-P3XW_FW_V99.99.9999.bin

Not sure what these are for, unless its flight logs or something of the sort.
Can the card be formatted and deleted? I'd like to have the 16gb available for footage.

Yes. You can format the memory card in the following section of DJI GO:

So this needs to be done through the app while connected and not on a computer?

It's easiest to do from the DJI GO app.

I would format the card in the drone after every time you copy file off it

What's the advantage to formatting the memory card every time you copy files from it? Why not just move the files instead?
