P3 Gimbal

I am having an issue with my gimbal whereby it vibrates in the horizontal position. It is a intermittent vibration perhaps once per second that disrupts video quality. (No vibration when in vertical position). Much like in this video;

Has anybody come across this before and/or fixed it?

One of the responses in the comments to the video, someone had the same issue and fixed it tightening the bolt shown below:
