Does anyone know of an Android app that allows groundstation flights, and waypoints?

I thought that GS was not working for the P3A, in Ultimateflight?????

I fly with an iPad Mini 2, so I haven't tried this app. Maybe contact the maker and verify? He makes no mention of it in the Google Play store.
