P2V won't Bind to new phone

I have a new phone and I scan the QR code on the P2V Box and I get nothing! Same with the QR on the P2V bottom side itself. It's like it doesn't exist anymore. How do I get software now for my new phone that lets me bind my P2V so I can fly again? Please help. It's a P2V not the P2V+

Sometimes the QR Code does not work. If you have an iPhone, You must use IT to access the App store, and then search for the desired DJI? app. You cannot get it through your computer, as it will not show up. HTHs, CaptBill
