Hi

Yesterday I got my Phantom , I installed the software and tried to fly but I've faced a problem that one motor didn't run , I did a calibration again and again but nothing has changed

Did anyone faced the same problem ?

I've never had one motor fail, but you're probably dealing with one of three things:

1. Loose wiring/bad solder joint

2. Bad motor

3. Faulty ESC

I would start by running the motor test in the NAZA assistant software, but it'll probably just confirm that the motor isn't running. Next step would be to open up your Phantom and inspect all the wiring between the NAZA and the bad motor.

If it fails the motor test and you don't see any wiring problems, I'd say you need to contact your dealer and get a replacement Phantom. Motors and ESC's are relatively cheap and easy to replace, but you shouldn't have to do that if you just bought the aircraft.
