Now I thought the latest software prevented a Phantom from flying within 5 miles of a Class A or B airport, or at least gave a warning. Most of the Las Vegas strip is certainly within 5 miles of McCarran Field, a Class B airport. Do you think Dronefly didn't know that? Even Wikipedia clearly states that McCarran field is within 8 km (5 miles) of downtown Las Vegas. Or do you think Dronefly ignored its warning?

The roller coaster Goliath is 200 feet tall, I don't think this club is anywhere near that tall, let alone TWO Goliath's.
And if the fake Eiffel tower is more than 400 feet, they're not doing too great on the software -__-

Neither the 400ft limit or the Phantom No Fly functions matter much at all when you consider this was all done in class B airspace. Existing airspace regulations prohibit flying anything into class B airspace without prior ATC clearance. All these shots were done in an area of class B airspace starting at the surface and extending up to 10,000ft. This guy broke the law the moment he took off.
