Note 9 and phantom 4

Upgraded to Samsung note 9 and now the app does not connect to the drone. The controller does but does not transmit picture to the app and I cant change any settings. Anyone else having these issues?

I had similar problems once. Did you try going to settings>apps>clear data? That is how I was able to fix it.

Robert_ellis did that fix the problem. I am updating my phone and want to get the best phone I can for flying my phantom 4. Currently was going to go with the note 9. Anyone have better phone choice. I'm used to Droid system with Samsung products. thanks

Note 8 is better than Note 9 when it comes to flying with direct sunlight.

Thank you. I will have my note 9 Thursday 9/15 n will answer my own question. I currently have the Moto z2. The app will down load but will not connect to the controller/drone. Used the cable that came with the new Moto z2.
