Not connecting to Drone

OK my iPad mini is not working anymore with my Phantom 3professional. It wont Connect to the drone on the app. Running IOS 11.3. Please help

What does the app say?
Have your tried different USB cord?

I also use the iPad mini with a P3A. Using the same iOS as you are and have never had any connection issues. Maybe a cord issue but without more information, it’s hard to know
