No image using Litchi software

I have a P3P using an iPad Air 2. I also use the Litchi App for flying and camera control. Preparing for my next flight, I turned on the drone, RC and the iPad, but no image appears from the camera. The screen is black but the map does show up. I switched to the DJI Go APp and the images appear without a problem, so the issue is somewhere in the Litchi App. I have tried to make adjustments to the camera settings (exposure settings, shutter speed, etc.) in the App but no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions. I like using the Litchi App, but may have to give it up if I cannot solve the problem.

I do not use Apples, but some have suggested updating IOS or resetting IOS.
