No image on my tablet.

I am new to drones. I got myself a phantom4. Did the setup. Controler to tablet looks to be fine. Controler to phanton is ok. I can fly the drone BUT can not see any visuals (picture) on my screen?

My new V 2.0 had same issue with Litchi. DJI GO 4 worked fine but no picture with Litchi. I changed iPad out for old retired iPhone 6 and worked fine. I then switched to an older iPad and worked there also so might try a different device.

Try clearing the cache from your device. That worked for me.
