Notice the case in the photo? I asked if the case was included as the DJI store does not show the case for refurb's PH4. Newegg told me to ask DJI if in fact they ship with the case. I open a chat window on DJI and I am first in que, 1 minute left. 4 hours later and no chat rep. And this morning 12 hours later same thing.

I don't own a P4 but I thought they all came standard with a case. Good to check though!

The refurbished comes the same way as a new one. I couldn't tell mine was used.

I am on the fence here as I trust a refurb PH 4 from DJI yet there are many used PH4 on ebay from folks who have extras like batteries etc., so more goodies for equal to if not better pricing.

Yeah. Plus. DJI takes forever to send it out. I waited a month for them to send it when the payment was clear the first day.

I ordered a refurbed P3 Pro from Newegg and got it in 3 days direct from DJI.

I ordered it January 20 and got in Feb on the 25.

I wish I would of ordered through newegg instead of the DJI Online Store.
