To reinforce the motor mount area why not use removable prop guards, remove the guards but leave on the bases thus distributing the load.
Yep, that's what I do, works great--
 
Has anyone tried fibre glass mat with resin inside the mounting area? This might prevent new cracks from appearing whereas Bondic won't.

Because not all removable prop guards using all 4 motor screws and i never saw one that used the two shell screws as well. The better solution is to buy that reinforcement kit which i ordered.
