New ph3 won't start battery

Hello I bought new ph3 advanced yesterday and now when I trying to turn On, it does not work. The lights of the battery wink couple times and when turn off. Also it is the same when I trying to charged it...
did you charge the battery ? will it charge ? is it in hibernation mode ? put it on charger and leave it for a few hours to see if it charges/ wakes up
Yes I already charged, when it is starts charging the lights on the battery wink three times and turn off. I charged the battery two hours and it's still not working...
This sure does sound like you are not doing the double press.

Yesterday I bought 2 new batteries and now it's working good, but the batterie which one was insert with ph3 does not work...
