New P3 Advanced (No SD Card or iPhone wire)?!

Hey guys I just picked up a new P3 Advanced my guy in the store updated it for me with the latest firmware and put it back in the box... As I was in boxing it today I couldn't find the SD Card nor the iPhone wire is this normal, did he forget it, was my P3 an open box.. Anyways I took it for a joy run and it ran fine without the SD I thought the only way to update it is through the SD and it won't run without the SD.. I don't really know the purpose of the SD since I ran it without one, as for the wire I couldn't find it as well.. Where would these two things be in the box

If you want to take photos or videos, you need the card to save them.
1st place to ask is the guy that worked on it.
He probably put them aside and forgot to put them back

It should come with a 16 GB SD card and a USB cable, but the USB cable will not work for an iPhone. You will need to use the charging cable that came with your iPhone.

The P3 doesn't come with an iPhone wire. You use the Lightening cable that comes with your iPhone or iPad to connect to the controller.

Just got a P3A today. USB cable only, and the SD card was preinstalled in the top of the gimbal.
