I can get the Pro for $2400AU brand new, but I can get it s/h for $1800 with only a couple hours flight, immaculate condition, some even have an extra battery.

Would you guys buy s/h or new? Is it worth the extra $$$ for the new one?

I recently picked up a spare that had 59 minutes flight time. It looked as clean and straight as a new one and passed a 5 minute test flight perfectly.
The three batteries helped sweeten the deal even more.

I'd be happy with the second-hand one, have a good look over it, and check that both sets of props are with it, if one set is missing they may have been damaged in a prang..

Not really. But this is subjective.
