New DJI battery issue

Having a issue with a new DJI battery for my P3S. I charged up just fine but when I place it in my bird all the green lights come on and then go off after a couple seconds. I have tried it a few times and get the same results. Any suggestions??

Are you sure you don't touch the battery button by mistake during placing the battery in?

No I don't touch the button.

This happens when you touch the battery button once, its normal. Pressing it again turns the battery on.

I been trying that. Seems the new battery has a bit of a lag past the two second point. Think I've got it figured out tho. Thanks
