Need recommendations on drone cleaning supplies

Hey. I have purchased a Ruko F11 Pro 2 drone as an interim solution until the US government decides what to do about DJI. I am looking to clean and maintain my drone and its remote. I ask for recommendations on any drone specific or universal drone cleaning supplies and liquids I may use to safely and properly clean the drone and its components. Are there any trusted or proven brands that you would recommend?
