You can get them on amazon or the DJI website. (I would get it of the DJI website, it's cheaper)

Oh, is that what they meant? I looked up phantom 3 NDVI camera and I got the gimbal and everything (spare part/replacement).

Use the contact us on their web site. He may be able to tell you which lens you need.
But since the lens filter cannot be removed, you may be out of luck.
But you can always get a gimbal protector and mount a converted Go Pro camera facing down if that is the shot you are looking for and then use the normal lens for flying.
