So what are you doing? Are you shooting at a high ISO or are these just all HDR capturing multiple shots to give you the effect of motion?

It was simply a test. I didn't intend to add the "motion effect." All those 4 photos were shot at iso 100! That HDR shot is 5 photos in one. Nice flag shot^

It just hit me... I thought you were first talking about the houses in the background. If you were talking about the waves with the "motion effect" then that happened because of the new ND1000 filter. The houses in the background are a little out of focus since it's a bunch of ND1000 shots compiled into one HDR shot.
