Just got a used p4pro and not sure what to expect for long exposures. I can get about 1 second nice and sharp but at 3 seconds and above I get horizontal drift lines/blur. I am pretty sure it's from the gimbal since I can see the image drift with the phantom sitting still on a table. I did...
How do I get the "secret" 30 second option for shutter speed on the p4p? I know someone posted it here on phantompilots a few months ago, but I don't know where it is now. I remember it was like a hack technique. It might even be gone now with the latest firmware. Any help will be appreciated!

Also if anyone has any settings advice on long exposure...

Hard to believe this was shot on a phantom 4. Was shooting the sunset and decided to try some long exposure shots at 1 second. Not even a tripod mode on the Phantom 4 :). Can't wait to see some steady exposure shots on the Mavic Pro.
I enjoy doing some long exposure photography with the Phantom but recently I cannot find the setting to adjust the length of the exposure. I used to be able to do 2 second or 4 second exposures.
** Edit - figured it out - just needed to select the shutter speed and now I see I can adjust it...
I came up with an interesting idea - awesome feature for long exposure photography.
The gimbal on the phantom 3 is very stable. The biggest issue for long exposure photography seems to be the YAW axis (at least for me).
The cause is that the Phantom itself can't be that super stable around its...
As a professional photographer i'm pretty blown away by camera on the Phantom 3, so **** happy that I made this investment. I'm still having trouble comprehending how the P3 takes a sharp 2-second exposure while way up in the air.
