Phantom 2 arriving tomorrow, so new to most of this.

Narrate during flight best way anyone have any way to achieve this I realize you can do it in post editing I think, but would like to do it LIVE, and someway keep prop noise out. Keeping prop noise out I believe a mic cord plugged in to go Pro 3+ Without attaching a mic will achieve this but I still want to narrate.

Or is all this impossible ?

I don't quite understand what your plan is...can you expand on what you want to do, why and how you want to hook things up?

You could remove or or lower the original footage sounds in editing software and then record your commentary live to a different device you have on the ground (smart phone, mini recorder, etc.) then add and sync it to the footage in your editor. The finished edit will have your live commentary with or without prop sounds.

Thanks for your ideas I was thinking on the same lines but was hoping for something was out there I was not aware of. Like what I do now with the GoPro have mounted on car and give commentary as I drive to different locations.

I'm betting that the interior of your car is NOT as noisy as a Phantom....!!

Glad you got some suggestions...
