I was tested the issue against my Mavic pro and the Mavic has no issues. The P4 Pro on the other hand dropped my fpv out at about 200 ft altitude. When I finally did get it back after moving the antennas and bringing it down to an altitude of 120ft. It seems to be an ongoing issue? I’ve recalibrated the compass multiple times in different areas to try to rule out interference when I calibrated it. I’m just wondering if this is an issue anyone else is having?

The compass has no effect on your signal quality (nor does the IMU, or GPS)

I orient the antennas in the v position. The weather was clear. I do usually get to the altitude I want before I start moving away
Antennas should be parallel to each other, pointing straight(ish) up, with the flats facing the Phantom. If you fly straight up you are in the worst possible signal position.

My channel was set on manual instead of auto? I changed it to auto and just tried it. It seemed to do a lot better
Yep. Some have suggested the 32 channel hack and then use the highest channel 32. The claim is fewer services use that one. I do know that the P4 I have is immune to 2.4 GHz WiFi. I have an internet business I run from my Amateur Radio ham shack and 110 foot tower. I have three sector antennas that are 100% duty cycle and on all the time plus a 5.8 GHz dish always in. I’ve routinely checked these antennas and mounts by flying my P4 within two feet in front of all these antennas during usage and have never had any problems or warnings! I frequently fly Litchi waypoint mission that goes out to 7,450 feet at 400 feet altitude with 100% signals using Wind Surfers and still no interference noted. Dji’s Frequency hopping works great!
