My Hover Ap has blank screen

Not sure why my Hover App does not display any info, just a blank yellow screen. Using new Samsung Galaxy 9+, Verizon. I uninstall and reinstalled with no difference. I am waiting for a reply from Hover App.

No replies here, and no reply from Hover customer service, so I am deleting the app, and will search another similar app.
