Multiple batterys and plan flight area with coordinates

Hi

(Mapping) Autopilot.

Any one now if there is any software to use with phantom to plan flight area with coordinats ? not just draw a line on the screen.
And it also have to handle multiple batterys ?

If you have a big area that neads more then one battery.
So it start where the second battery abort the first flight
