After flying phantom 2 v ,I put another full battery in pull joy stiks down inside bottom props won't start the green lights. Flash red 3 times but won't start props try latter about 2 hours its ok please help happening every time on second battery

Clean the small circular gold contact pads on the battery with either proprietary electrical contact cleaner or alcohol and q-tip. If that doesn't work then the battery may be defective. What does it say when you plug into the Assistant and look at the battery information for that one?
Going to hook to computer tonight ,see if that is problem,I have 3 batteries it does it with all of them ,but if I wait a while they work fine,as a new pilot I thougt it might have to cool of before next flight
