Missing Shots?

Today I doing a client mission for a DroneBase client. I did my runs came back down, packed up and checked out my shots. As I was going through them I noticed I missed two shots, even though I was very diligent on getting each shot as required. I popped in the other battery flew up and took my two shots that I needed. I didn't even bother to check since I knew the shots were clean and were done. I only needed two shots. Sure enough I am sitting here checking a few hours later and only have 1.

So the question is... Have you guys seen this happen? I am only using the camera button on the controller. This is for the P4P. Thanks!

It has happened to me P34K
I was not giving images enough time to process after the previous shot.

There was a good 30 seconds between shots. Couldn't be that plus I use a fast card to ensure that when I shoot 4K it can handle, so a JPG shouldn't have been a problem.
