Have drone on works better,,,this how how clear mine,,and retrieve videos

Because video files are much larger than photo files it will take a long, long time to transfer them by USB 2.0 cable to your computer. It's MUCH faster to remove the SD card and put it into a USB 3.0 card reader connected to a USB 3 port on your computer.

After you have downloaded your files from the card, the best way to prepare the card for future use is to put it back into the aircraft, start up your RC and drone, and format the card using the menus in DJI Go.

Funny....after i take my card out....slip it in the card card reader...and plug it in my computer..and i go to my computer icon and open and find the card named P3 SE Card......i move my album to the desk top...check the pictures and do a fast re format " Right in the computer "...and after near 13 months and a whole lots of pics and videos done this way with the drone card....I have Not ever experienced a problem...and i don't have to go thru the procedure to fire UP the drone to reformat it......that's my 2 cents worth

It should be easy to import just drag the file to your desktop or copy and paste it, to erase the footage photos etc just format the card this can be done on the computer or the aircraft
