( wondered too
same happens w/ my ipad mini 2

dji not liking apple ?
can't be - first flight months on iphone w/ menu

now still missing menu
even tho DJI replaced my Controller and Phantom 4

darn - what am i missing ?

Same problem here.
Iphone6plus
updated Go App
Calibrated emu and Gimble
I can only change EV values
Cannot make changes with front wheel on RC or menu in App
I can take pictures and video but I am stuck on 4k 30fps
changed cable.
refreshed firmware

ok, will fly 4k with those rapid scenes
hopefully twin osmo will go down

I think I resolved the problem.

On you screen -
Below the red shutter button press the item with three lines and circles bringing up setting menu
At the top select the camera icon - the middle one (this confused me - I thought it changed between photo and video but it doesn't)
to the right of "image size" select the icon that changes between video and photo.
You need to be linked to the Phantom to change this
After getting to the video positions
There will be menu items that allow you to change to 4k etc. and other adjustments.
