So after getting my Mavic, I called State Farm to get it insured.

They told me I needed the invoice where purchased and the Mavic serial number (no problem), but they also said they needed the serial number for the Mavic's camera, and some kind of serial number for the WiFi or something.

Anyone know what they are talking about? I didn't see this info on the box or under the battery on the quad.

Thanks.

Sounds odd. My State Farm agent just wanted the serial number and that was that. If your agent insists I have heard that there are multiple serial numbers for different components. Maybe DJI can pull them up from your main serial number?

Thanks much for your reply.

I think she was looking at my Phantom coverage, where it lists the camera as the "payload."

Since the Mavic's camera is so different, maybe it doesn't have it's own SN since it's more of an integral part of the quad?

Mavic Pro’s have a serial number. I know because it’s in my paperwork for the DJI care warranty. So I’m sure there’s someway in the app to retrieve it.
