Are there any mapping Apps I can make a map on my device itself instead if downloading it on the computer?

Are there any mapping Apps I can make a map on my device itself instead if downloading it on the computer?

No ... to create an orthophoto map from a lot of overlapping photos takes a lot of processing power.
There are apps like DroneDeploy to help you do the flying in a precise grid and take the photos, and you can upload your photos to their site for processing.

You can also try OpenDroneMap OpenDroneMap - I just found out about it myself - and haven't tried it out, but thought I'd share.
