Hi All,
I am sure this question as been asked but her I go. Just got my P3S, love it, very easy to figure out, except problem. I am using a fairly new Samsung Galaxy S7 and the map view won't focus unless I zoom out to the point it shows the entire southern half of the US. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Shawn

Do you have cell service in the area you are flying?
Have you tried pre-loading the maps at home before you fly?

You must have data enabled for the maps to load properly, or else cache them, like acseaman said above. I know some guys like to fly in airplane mode, but that kills the data, too.
Welcome to the forum!

On the iOS (Apple) platform, you can cache the maps as it is listed right there on the "General Settings" page.

On the Android platform, there is NOT a selection to cache maps on the "General Settings" page.

That's where the problem with the "here" maps is. Once we figure out how to cache the "here" maps on the Android platforms, we should be home free!
