A woman was knocked unconscious when she was struck by the small drone as she watched the annual parade in 2015.

Reading this from afar looks like pilot broke most basic rule - avoid putting people or property in danger when flying, without details, appears this was avoidable (albeit accidental), not good for all concerned.
