What's the best way to mail 3 P3 Intelligent Flight Battery?

pop in to the post office mate and check about there rules, i tried to mail a psp before and they was asking me all sorts of questions about he battery in the box! that was just (UK) based I'm not sure about EU ect, but i would just check with them.

Discharge the battery to 60% and declare the package content at post office. If you want to be more safe, pack them in Lipo safe bags before shipping.
