Lowest and safest battery voltage?

I have some new Mad Dogs 2700mAh 25c and I’m about to try some new settings for first and second battery level protection based on a thread I read earlier.

Does anyone know what the safest and lowest voltage percentage your battery should be at before battery damage can occur?

Example: After a flight should the voltage percentage be no less than 20, 25 or 30%?

The rule of thumb is don't discharge below 80% of capacity or 3.0volts per cell under load.

Don't store at full charge or 80% discharge but at 50%.
