Unfortunately that flight record only covers 10 seconds during which the Phantom didn't leave the ground.
It doesn't give any indication that anything went wrong.

That one goes for 37 seconds and ends with the Phantom 4 feet away at an altitude of 2.3 feet.
There's no information there that would help.
