I think it is 6 months...but fight for it...specially if you did not do anything wrong. My experience with DJI is good but slow. I mean, they have repaired free all I ' ve asked for, specially related to camera. However, it takes several weeks to get your machine back,
Thanks I appreciate the advice - will send it back....I don't want to be without but the video quality is so poor.
 
Yep, still looks go. So, if you are sure that you are not still in 'log' mode, something is wrong. Know it could be a pain, but I agree with 4wd. Time to let DJI look at it.
 
My phantom is on its way back to DJI for diagnosis. Will keep you posted.
 
Been told it needs £650 of repairs but is luckily still under warranty....

!! Around here that buys a whole new bird. Can't imagine what they think need 'fixed' that would equal the cost of replacing it.

Essentially they are replacing it. New camera and aircraft body though cant see why it needs a new body.
