Lock the shutter speed at 60?

Any way to lock the shutter speed to 60fps? Or do you have to manually set all the settings. In other words, can you set the shutter to 60 and let the camera automatically set the aperture and ISO? Trying to get the right ND filter added and the 8 seems to get me close.....

There's a bit of confusion there ...
60 frames per second isn't the shutter speed - it's a frame rate.
The camera can do a range of shutter speeds and maintain the frame rate.
The camera can't set the aperture - because there is no aperture to set .. it's stuck on f2.8

The aperture is fixed so changing the shutter speed is the only way to set exposure correctly..
You'll rarely want anything other than ISO100 unless it's dark.
