I've done abd installs on Android phones, but was somewhat leery of trying it on the P4P+ controller due to it's lockdown of the Android system.
Today, after watching Nelson Lee's how to video about 10 times, decided to try my hand on it.
Downloaded the DU Record apk file, installed the ADB application and I was off to the races. I had the video of the how to pulled up on my phone and took it step by step.
The hardest part is to hit return on the command line to install the apk to the controller. For some reason, I don't get a beep when a USB connection is made, so I had to guess when to hit the return. After 3 tries, I hit the right sequence and it installed perfectly, and the app works perfect.
I wanted this app because I can record the screen while the Phantom is in flight and I can edit in some scenes of it in my videos.
