Please can you tell me if point of interest is available in ground station mode for phantom 2+?

From memory yes,but only like orbit, for the P3/4 you can maintain the camera pointing at the POI as you fly past, but not on the P2.
Litchi is free for the P2 but no longer upgraded.

Only modes in the P2V app is FPV, waypoint, orbit, focus and follow me. As Jay says the POI is a function limited to the P3/4 where the camera stays on an object as it flies past, makes really cool video, however the SDK on the P2V version doesn't support the POI function,
